From the moment you put it in your mouth until just before you swallow it, there is absolutely no stickiness at all. ‼️
The clear sweetness comes lightly, and at the timing of swallowing, it becomes crisp with melon-like flavor and light bitterness accompanied by sourness.

I had some business in Mito over the three-day weekend, so I went to Shin Ibaraki Meshi on the way there 😆‼️

But all the food stalls were crazy crowded 😭I don't like waiting in line so I just had a beer and left 🚶.
