On the last day of the year, I participated in the countdown at Shima & Coffee & Sake.
As the countdown to the New Year ticks down, I brought my own "moonshine" to finish off the "moon-viewing sake 🌛🍶 tonight 🥰" for the New Year.
Amego no Tsuki Daiginjo Tsukimitsu
One of the sake that got me immersed in the sake swamp ✨.
Aromatic like a mellow melon, juicy sweetness that seems to disappear after a few sips, and a lingering bitter taste that pulls you in.
I brought it in and had it tasted by other customers, who gave it high marks.
The narrow bitterness lingers for a long time" was one of the expressions we received!
After that, we started the New Year with a glass of "Rain Frog" to start fresh 🍶!
