Today is my first time to try Purple Space! I had read your review and thought "I want to drink it", so I bought it immediately when I saw it at the first liquor store I went to!
The aroma is mildly fruity! There is something unique about it. It has a fruity apple flavor, but there is also an astringency or mildness to it. I don't know how to describe it...
When you drink it, you can taste the sweetness and then the gentle umami. The bitterness is also moderate, and the mouthfeel is gentle. It has a nice sharpness, or rather, it finishes gently. I haven't had such a delicious sake in a long time! This is definitely this year's No. 1 shock sake (^o^)My favorite! It's different from the sake I've been drinking. This calmness is indescribable.
The owner of the liquor store said, "Murasaki Uchu produces many different kinds of sake, so you should not judge the taste by just one, but by drinking a variety of them! This makes me want to drink more. I am thankful that I met him!
