Today was a crisp, clear autumn day.
I am thankful to be able to spend the day in the crisp, clear air for the first time in a while.
The air is getting drier, so I spent the day cleaning my clogs (lol).
It has been especially hot and humid this year, so my unworn shoes have become moldy, so I took them all out and wiped and cleaned the clog boxes and polished the shoes again.
In Iwate, the roads freeze over in the winter, so we need to prepare separate winter shoes with non-slip soles, and as a result, we need a good number of shoes.
I started before 11:00 a.m. and it took me until 4:30 a.m. (^_^;)
Now, changing the topic, last week was our wedding anniversary.
We had a very nice time together.
So, I was quite excited to get on the "WARAKU" project at the Metropolitan Morioka New Wing's Tsushima Tsuru.
They had 5 kinds of 30ml sake available, but we started with Washinoo's Aki-agari/Junmai-shu.
As usual, the sake had a firm mouthfeel.
It is a perfect sake for a meal with the delicious taste of rice.
We paired it with appetizers such as hoya konokowata and Manana bonito saikyo yaki (grilled bonito).
It was delicious with the flavor of the ingredients! (^○^)
