When the bottle is opened, it is very soft and gaseous.

The fruity aroma of the top rise, a faint aroma of rice malt, the umami of rice, and soft sweetness spread out with fine acidity and a slight spiciness and bitterness from the alcohol, and it finishes quickly.
It has a strong umami of rice, but the sweetness is soft and refreshing with a slight gasiness and the dryness of the alcohol in the latter half of the bottle. It is easy to pair with meals, and is also delicious on its own.
It went well with a pork bowl (Obihiro style) and snow crab.
