I noticed that the last time I checked in was 332 check-ins.
I went to a liquor store for the first time in a while just before GW and found Shinshu Kamerei: ‼️
This liquor store recently stopped announcing the arrival of Shinshu Kamerei, and I had given up on being able to buy it, so I was lucky 😆.
The 300 check-in was silver tortoise, so I'll have 333 here 😉.
Hitogochi 55% polished, 15% alc.
The sound of opening the bottle is "push" in mp!
The top aroma is of honey apple with a hint of freshness.
On the palate, the balance of sweetness and acidity is quintessential ❗️
A little tangy and fresh as if it is not fire-roasted.
It is not biased towards sweetness and umami, but has a wonderful clear mouthfeel with a clean finish 👏.
Thanks to this, it can be served as an in-between-dinner drink even though it has a high aroma and sweetness.
Last year, when I compared 4 kinds of Jungin sake, Hitogokochi was my favorite!
It's a little less flashy than the nama-shu, but it's still delicious even if it's fire-brewed 😋.

Jay & Nobby, good evening😊.
I've aligned them since they are in the 300's (as it happens).
As you said, I'm a Hitogokochi guesser too: ❗️
Both the raw and fire-aged sake are delicious 😋.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi!
Thank you very much for your kind attention 😊.
When it comes to Shinshu Kamerei, Hitogokochi is the name of the game, isn't it?
I'm glad to know that you are also a Hitogochi fan 😉.

Thank you, Yu🎶😊.
I believe the Shinshu Kamerei you drank was Junmai Hitogochi 😉.
Hitogochochi is more refreshing than Yamadanishiki and I think it brings out the best of Shinshu Kamerei!
I hope you can meet them!
