It's GW: ☺️
I work according to the calendar and also work on holidays, so I don't feel special, but the flurry of work in the new year has been forced to settle down.
Well, after GW, things will finally get into full swing, so let's take a break.
So, here are a few check-ins I've been neglecting.
The other day, Mr. Chuin, a favorite standing bar owner, quietly posted a story on Instagram saying that it has been 7 years since today.
I heard that it's the 6th anniversary since Nara chuin, but they don't have any anniversary events or anything like that because they're not interested 😅.
But I went there to congratulate them.
The first wine I drank at that time was this Jikin Mie Yamadanishiki.
The aroma is a royal type of moderately ripe apple, sweet melon, with a splash of fresh and stimulating acidity like kiwi.
The mouthfeel is smooth and round in texture.
The wine is crisp with a gentle sweetness, followed by a refreshingly stimulating acidity, and a refreshing acidity that passes into the nose.
The lingering finish is medium.
The acidity seems rather strong.
Perhaps due to the characteristics of this year's rice, it gives the impression of being slightly hard or refreshing, but it is delicious. ☺️

Sounds like you've been busy with GW 😌 well, I just had a forced pause in my GW 😅.
We had Kinjaku, but chuin was perfectly normal and we had a lot of fun talking about many things that are hard to write about here 😊.
