I was curious about the new Sagabiyori version of Snocre and bought it 🤗.
The aroma is fresh and banana 🍌.
Less gleamy and gassy than the Yamadanishiki and Yuyamanishiki versions, but the fruity and juicy flavor is still there 🤗.
The ALC is higher than other Snoqualmers at 15%, but the light and refreshing mouthfeel makes it easy to drink without getting tired of drinking 🤤.
I bought an extra bottle to compare 3 different sakes 🫡.

Koei Kiku is delicious 🤤.
