Saijo Sake Brewery Tour (2)
Next stop was the Fukubito Sake Brewery!
The brewery owner told us in detail not only about the sake but also about the local area 😊.
The tasting was a paid tasting, and while the Shizuku-shu was fruity and easy to drink, it also had a refreshingly spicy taste that was delicious in this area!
Himeama tastes great to my sweet tooth!
I was also allowed to drink the brewing water!
I wondered if it was distinctive because of its umami flavor, but it had a neutral taste with no peculiarities!
The sake brewery street is also a sight to behold, with Nonta post boxes, manholes for sake breweries, and more🎶.
