I've been wanting to try this again 🐢CEL24😄
This is a Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu made with 50% polished Hachitan Nishiki from Hiroshima Prefecture.
I was looking forward to the Kochi yeast CEL-24, which has a reputation for being highly aromatic❗️.
I'm going to drink it chilled as per the review on Sake No Wa that says it should be chilled as it tastes bitter when the temperature rises 😋.
The aroma reminds me of apple 🍎 or pineapple 🍍😆 gorgeous 🤣🤣🤣!
The aroma is rich and fruity, the mouthfeel is sweet and sour and fresh, also gorgeous 😁👍
Yes, it's still pineapple juice 🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍 🎶.
