I guess the spring haze is just like that.
I like spring, but I don't like haze.
However
This spring haze was different. ❗️
Aroma of fresh fruit, slight gasiness, soft sweetness, just the right amount of sourness and bitterness.
It was a clear and transparent sake that gave me a clear view of the world, and it was the perfect accompaniment to my feelings 😊.
This is one of Sukumasa's February hanpukai bottles and it was a wonderful encounter 🍶.
