Unfinished, unfiltered, raw sake
I had been afraid to go to a certain sake store in Sapporo with strict rules, such as no shoes on the ground and no refrigerated door to open without permission, but the other day I went there for the first time and bought a bottle (the part-time worker was kind and knowledgeable).
The first sip was a little spicy, and I had a feeling it was going to be delicious. It was a very quick sip and had a gentle flavor.
However, it seems to oxidize quickly if left unattended. It is suitable for a mealtime drink. I found myself drinking it all up in about two hours. I can't say anything.
That's all for now, from the northern island of Japan.
Kazenikiku! 😷.

Thank you very much, Manachie 🤗
I had heard that the owner of that liquor store was a strict man, so I went there with trepidation, but he was not home, which was both a disappointment and a relief 😁.

Thank you Miki 🤗.
It is not tatami. You have to change into slippers at the entrance. And it is very dark inside the restaurant. But it is legal to light up with your phone 😁.

I am now suffering from a pun bind and am not making progress with my posts. Or rather, I think of the pun first and then choose the drink 😁.
