Rairaku, which I enjoyed drinking outside last year On August 19, when I visited Akashi, I stopped by the brewery. I tasted and bought it! Sake brewed with Abelia flower yeast Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. Gorgeous unique aroma, is this from Abelia? 🤔 Pitchy and sweet 💕 Anyway, the sweetness comes! And delicious and slightly pungent! 2nd to 4th day, sweetness settles down and very nice balance! The spiciness is just right and delicious. ❣️ We tasted 3 kinds for 500 yen at the brewery! They are about 60ml each, so you can taste them well 😆. I drank the other ones I didn't buy, Yamadanishiki Ginjo 50〉(D〈Rakuraku Yamadanishiki Ginjo 50〉) Aroma is soft, flavor is soft, fresh and fruity. Sweet and delicious with good balance and aftertaste.
