Second day of Suwa Sake Brewery Tour

The "exciting" sake brewery in Shimosuwa
We went to Mikotsuru-san, a sake brewery in Shimosuwa, aiming to open at ❣️ 10:00.
We were able to take a tour of the brewery and sample some unfiltered unpasteurized sake from the barrel.
We were very satisfied with the tour of the brewery and the tasting of unfiltered unpasteurized sake!

Good morning, @Mizuhashi 🤗You spent 3 days and 2 nights in Shinshu. It's so nice that you took your time to tour around Shinshu. We were on a bullet train, but on Sunday we were able to refresh ourselves with a sunny day at Venus Line! I'll be soaking up the afterglow with some souvenir sake 😁.
