Gorgeous, pineapple aroma 🍍.
Slightly effervescent, sweet but not too sweet and dry.
I guess because it's designed as a food wine, it's less glamorous and sweet and balances sweetness and bitterness 🤔.
The closer to room temperature, the sweeter it feels.
It feels very sweet when drunk after Shinomine Rokumaru Omachi Light Nigori.
Even on the third day, it's still shwashy, and the sweetness is great 😋.
