It's not Sentori, it's Wakanami Red Dragonfly 🍁.
I drank it last year and was surprised that it looks so cool but it's so modern on the inside 😳
First at room temperature.
The aroma is soft sweet rice, and some rummy notes.
When you drink it, you can feel the slight chilli, citrus, and rummy sweetness.
It is sweet and acidic, but at the same time, it has a nice sharpness and a pleasant tingling sensation as it goes down your throat, and the alcohol gives you a nice warm feeling.
When chilled, it has a refreshing sweet and sour white peach flavor!
It's a fall sake, so it's good at room temperature, but I think this flavor is better served chilled.
Wakanami really tastes good no matter which way you drink it!
