Kudokibe Junmai Daiginjo New Sake Shiboritate Nama Sake 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 16°-17°. Sake meter -5.0, Acidity 1.3 (reference) I drank this sake on 1/8 last year while horse racing with friends and posted it on 1/14. Recently, Pon-chan, T.KISO and Chobin posted it 🤩. Well, nothing more to say 😁. Anyway, I don't think there is any sake that can taste freshness with rice flavor and sake-like flavor that can match this Kudokutei. The lingering aftertaste is not only fresh but also moderately spicy 😘. I like this one! I want to drink it every year 😘. It's so good! Today 1/17 marks 29 years since the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in Kobe. Most of my relatives are in Kansai and my mother's parents' house was totally destroyed💦I remember going there 3 days later to restore it. On New Year's Day this year... I wish the victims of the earthquake in Noto, Ishikawa 😰 can get back to normal as soon as possible 🙏. I would like to support them as much as I can. I have other alcoholic beverages to post, but I posted the one I drank on 1/17!

Good evening, kozo🦉. It's delicious😊Kozou-san, so this is your second year in a row👍I'll be drinking it next year and the year after 😆. It was a tough time for your mother's family. I thought at the time that something this big wouldn't happen again...

Good evening, Koizo🙂. It's been 29 years since the earthquake 🤔I lived in Nishinomiya (Hyogo prefecture) back then and it was tough. But I was a student so I guess I was optimistic😅. Kudokibe is very popular, isn't it?

Good evening, Koizo 😃. It's been 29 years since then 🤔. I was in Amagasaki, but there was a time when school lunches at elementary schools were stopped and it was bread from relief supplies instead...

Good morning, Kojo 😃. You all are drinking it every year with sticky praise 😍I have to buy this one 🤗. 29 years ago I was working for a general contractor in Nagano and I remember being appalled at the images of the piers collapsing.

Hi, Kozo 😀 I'm so sorry to hear about your mother and her relatives 😳. I was also flying around with restoration work without cleaning up while my 4 year old condo I bought was half destroyed 😭 I didn't get to slow down and drink for almost 6 months😅.

Mr. bouken Good evening! I have an uncle and his family in Amagasaki, and their house was fine, but they had a lot of trouble with furniture falling over 💦Are you in elementary school that day? You must be very young 🤣.

Jay & Nobby Good evening......Kudokido-Tobirai is basically sweet and delicious, so maybe J&N-san is not a big drinker, but I recommend this new sake......I am also a civil engineer and was very close to the imprudent....

Mr. Yasube. Good evening... I saw a 4-story reinforced concrete apartment building buckling and leaning on the ground... 😱I would like to go if there is a request for technical assistance, but even if a large number of people go, the chain of command is not secure...

...or else you'll just get confused 💦 In light of these things, I think the SDF is great!
