After a stressful day at work, I decided to open a bottle on a weekday to take a breather 🍶The chosen brewery was Yamazan no Kotobuki, which has recently risen to the top of my list of recommended breweries: ☺️The label picture is cute and summery ✨.
The top aroma is citrusy with a hint of sweetness and sourness, maybe orange banana 🍊🍌🤔In the mouth, you can feel the gasiness on the tip of the tongue while the sweetness and sourness lightly escape 😋 It is light enough to be perfect for summer with a strong flavor 😆 I can gobble it up! I could almost say before summer, "Mmmm, summer!" I almost said that before the summer 🤗.
