This is my first visit to Snow Kayasha!
It's a winter limited edition of the regular Junmai Ginjo ⛄.
I bought it last week, but when I looked at it closely
It was made in December 2022😅
I'm surprised it's still around...
I was lucky ✌️
Fresh and refreshing as a new sake 😌.
Mild rice flavor and delicate acidity.
No cloying taste and easy to drink 😋.
This clarity is amazing👍‼️
It is a versatile sake that can be enjoyed with food or on its own!

Surprisingly, there are still some Kayasha's raw 😅 outside of Akita 💦.
But the taste is good ❣️ and the raw sake is good too, but the quintessential taste is fire-roasted 😁💕.
