Rokuo Tanaka Changed workplace, no night shift until the end of the month. Seems to be good from a health standpoint. There is a change in the rhythm of life. There are no mandatory rest days on night shift days, On the contrary, he drinks alcohol every night. Is this good or bad? Sake no Wa is also in a sloppy mode. I haven't read any of your reviews. Tomorrow is my day off, so I'll take my time and look at them. Today's sake is Tanaka Rokuugo! I wanted to drink a fire-brewed sake last time too... But in the end, this time also fire-aged 😢. The sweetness and umami of this sake is very strong. It has a classical expression. The acidity is moderate. Just like last time It can be drunk alone 👍or as a food sake 👍. As reviewed by Shonan no Han I think I'll warm it up and drink it 🤔. When warmed up, the flavor spreads out. It has a sourness, but it's not too strong. It tastes great even when warmed 👍 Also, I would like to introduce Ramen. The upper left is the anniversary celebration of a certain restaurant. Mazesoba in collaboration with my favorite restaurant. The one in the front is for me and the one in the back is my wife's regular size. Below is the Iekei Ramen at our first visit. On the left is my wife's thickly sliced pork topping. I had a bowl of suta-don oni-size for lunch, and then had a medium bowl of chashu-men with rice. Medium size chashu ramen with rice 😁. This Ihekei Ramen is my favorite ✌️

Good evening, Manta-san. It seems to be hard to get used to a big change in rhythm of life 💧. I'm curious about Fukuoka's sake because I don't come across it often 🎵. All of your ramen are very voluminous 😲.

Hi Manta 😃. It seems to be difficult to adjust the body clock...especially the liver clock ⏳ when the work hours change 😅. I'll take it slow as you all said 🤗. Ramen🍜 doesn't seem to be affected too much though 😆.

Good morning, Manta🐥. It's hard to get your life and body rhythms settled 💦 You must still be tired and you will be able to have a rest day soon👍. The top left char siu pork is almost blocked 😆.

Hello ma-ki-san ^_^ Sake from Fukuoka, I think the only one I'm going home without popping is Uguisu in the garden 🤔. This time I bought it in Yokohama, Tanaka Rokugo is also delicious ✌️ I want to go back 😊 because the Ihekei Ramen was to my liking.

Hello King Noodle King ^_^. I will be back to work at night from the 26th, so my mandatory rest day will begin 😁. This is the first time I went to this Ihekei Ramen restaurant, but the soup is not too thick and the chashu pork is large and filling, so I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer: ✌️

Hi Jay & Nobby ^_^ I eat ramen🍜 at home and in restaurants whenever I get a chance, so it doesn't affect me ✌️ If you get used to your current lifestyle, on the contrary, you may find the night shift hard 😢.

Hello Pon-chan ^_^ Yesterday I had a study meeting after work and dinner out with my wife, so I didn't drink alcohol and it was my first rest day this month 😁. The charm of Jiro style is the extra-thick noodles, the piles of bean sprouts, and the thick, tender pork chashu✨.
