One of the three bottles I really wanted to drink this year.
I was able to drink Shinshu Kamerei and Yoshida Kurau at home, but I couldn't find Sairai no matter how hard I looked for it, so when I saw on instagram that it was opened today at a store introduced by Aladdin, I dashed over there after work 😀.
It tasted fresh and fruity just as I had imagined after reading your post 😀.
And since it's a "Hana Sumi", it's light and cloudy, which is my favorite 😀.
And since I was the first one there, I was lucky enough to have them cut the seal right in front of me, so I was able to taste the fresh sealed aroma as well 😀.
I had to rush out of the store after this one because I had a taiko lesson at 6pm, but I wonder if I can play the taiko 🤣.

Sairai is really delicious, but I can't get it very often 😀.
Sake is distributed differently in each region, so local is the best 😇.
I checked out Igarashi and it's still hard to find in Kansai 😢.
