I visited Capsule Inn Kamata, a hotel in front of the front desk on the first floor, because I found out that they have a store specializing in single-bottle dumplings.
Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo.
It's not modern, but it has a solid taste👍.
Hirotogawa is ranked 66th in this month's Sake-no-wa ranking.
We hope to break through the top 50 this time as the nigori season is finally here.
