Date has changed, but business trip starts today
Today, I'm taking the JR train to Oita City and staying overnight.
I'll be traveling from southern Oita Prefecture to northern Miyazaki Prefecture by rental car tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.
To cheer myself up, I went to a izakaya (Japanese-style bar) run by a fishmonger that I learned about from an acquaintance at the Oita branch.
Anyway, I'm here for the mackerel 😁.
Well, mackerel is delicious ❗️.
The happiness of eating mackerel as sashimi is something unique to Kyushu people ❓
But I forgot to take a picture 😅.
And since I'm going with my boss today, I'm going to drink less alcohol 😅.
I drank 2 beers 🍺 just to keep him company, but I wasn't satisfied at all💦.
So when my boss switched to shochu, I immediately ordered sake 🍶👍.
Oita's No.1 popular sake Chiebijin 😊.
My nose was a little stuffy, so I couldn't clearly recognize the aroma...
Not fruity, but grain type ❓
And when you put it in your mouth, it has a silky, powdery, elegant sweetness, flour + wasanbon ❓ or something like that ❗️.
There is also a slight sourness, and the moment it spreads in the mouth, it is quickly and easily quenched.
Would it be a good food sake that does not interfere with the meal 😊.
If I didn't have to drive tomorrow, I would drink as many glasses as I could 😁.
