This week has been relatively quiet, although some urgent work has come in. This week has been relatively calm, although I had to take on some urgent work. This week, we finally had a real new sake drinking session at home. The other day, I bought a bottle of Toyo Sakai by Miura Shuzo at Yamanaka Sake no Ten Eki Marche. This time it is a new sake Junmai Ginjo. The Junmai sake we tasted at the store was delicious, so we are looking forward to it. So, let's have it right away. The first day First, the aroma. It has a refreshing citrus aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is hard to describe, but you can feel a light sweetness and bitterness. This is a rare taste for me personally. The lingering aftertaste is the same bitterness as before, and I thought it was a refreshing sake that could be drunk with a refreshing taste from start to finish. I wondered if it could be a little sweeter. It is easy to drink with a meal, and it is delicious. I also thought it was a sake that became more and more delicious as I continued drinking it. Day 3 The same smooth, light sweetness and refreshing bitterness. It is smooth, easy to drink, and delicious. When paired with a meal, the spiciness is also present, which is also delicious. Finally, I was able to enjoy Toyobai slowly - it was delicious.
