- Saru808🐒This is a very good Junmai! Clean and refreshing with a light peach and coconut after taste. There is good acid to cleanse the pallet. I believe this is a blended Sake and is pasteurized at a lower temperature (nama-zume). I am happy to try their first blend, 001.
Saru808🐒 is using Sakenowa. Why don't you start using it too?
