This past week, I had to work on site once a month or twice a month at most, and it was quite hard for 4 days in a row, as the jobs were piling up.
After such a busy work day, I went to a Chinese noodle restaurant [Chinese noodle shop Poziya], which I have been frequenting since last year.
I rushed to the last Poziya because Poziya will be closing next Sunday 🏃.
As soon as I entered the restaurant, the master said, "Sorry, we're out of soup! We're out of soup!] But I replied, "Well, can I have some sake and snacks? He replied, "Sure, I'm fine," and so we ordered a five-serving drink comparison.
The master kindly offered to give us a 6-drink comparison, which was a bonus since it was the last one.
Hakuryu Zen Unfiltered Nama Sake
The aroma is mellow and mildly ginjo, the taste is soft and mild, and it finishes sweetly, with a sweet aftertaste that lingers on the nose.
Before comparing the sake, we first had a beer and [yuri-gon-chicken] ✨️
