I have been on a trip to Toyama with my parents since yesterday🚙.
The weather, which I was worried about, is fine and pleasant.
The first night in Toyama was at Sushi Namba.
My father was very pleased with the sushi, which he hadn't had in a long time.
The staff at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful, and we had a great time talking with my parents while eating delicious food.
The first drink of the evening was, of course, Toyama's local sake.
The first drink of the evening was of course Toyama's locally brewed sake, Shiraiwa's IWA5.
I wanted to try this sake at least once.
However, I didn't keep notes, so here are my impressions as far as I remember.
First, the aroma.
The aroma was slightly refreshing.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the smooth taste.
The sweetness and bitterness were not so pronounced, and the gentle spiciness was impressive.

It was the first time for all of us to visit Toyama prefecture in our lives, but the food and drinks were delicious, my parents were fine, and it was an extraordinary and fun time 🎵.
