Masaaki Sapporo
8 points (wife: 6 points)
Ingredients: Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio: 39
Alcohol content: 15
Purchased at Sumiyoshi Shuhan Hakata Station Store
Silent when opened
No gassiness
Slightly sweet melon-like top note
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, the soft umami and sweetness of the rice spread with a mild lactic acidity, and the slight bitterness and spiciness of the alcohol make the wine finish smoothly while retaining the sweetness of the rice.
The aroma is modest, well-balanced, and elegant. It is a perfect match for a meal, and also tastes great on its own.
It goes well with Kameda's ume-nori rolls.

Hi Masaki S apporo 😀
Sake must taste even better than usual with the view from the train window 😀.
Toichi is a sake I've been curious about for a while now, but I haven't gotten to it yet😅.

Good morning, Yasube-san! I knew you sold a lot of Kyushu sake locally 🍶I've stocked up on some, but it's going to be heavy to move😅.

Masaaki Sapporo-san Hello!
Seagull, you got there in an instant, didn't you? LOL!
Still, it was shortened by up to 30, so it feels good to be short 👍.

Good evening, Yoohee-san! I don't have time to relax and have a drink after changing to the Shinkansen (sweat).
I think the previous direct Fukuoka-Nagasaki seagull was better 😁.
