The aroma is fruity sweet like mango 🥭!
When you put it in your mouth, the gorgeous sweetness spreads.
It is followed by a firm gassy sensation.
In the second half, the spiciness opens up in a flash.
The spiciness is left in the mouth, and it finishes quickly and smoothly.
As one would expect from a wine with such good specs, there is no cloying taste, and the flavor is thick.
It has a clear watery feel and enters the body without resistance 🥰.
From the fruity sweetness, to the gassy feeling of the raw sake, to the spicy spread, I think it is well balanced ☝️
And what's more, it's under 2,000 yen for these specs 💴.
No wonder it's so popular in every way 🤗.
In my opinion, the spread of spiciness in the second half is a bit of a pain 😅.
I wish it was the spread of acidity or astringency.
If it were not for this pungency, it would be perfect, but that's a matter of taste 🤣.
