At Yokouchi-san. Purchased at the same time as Suwa Miyamanishiki. Drinking comparison😅. The first day I opened the bottle Pear-apple type? The fruity scent of the wine is a perfect match. A strong sense of gas and a sweet and bitter taste and assert the quality of the sake. A little rambunctious general💦 What surprised me was the second day of opening the bottle. The aroma increased. The strong gassiness faded. The balance of flavor and sweetness is well balanced. elegant and very 😻 The same thing happened with Miyamanishiki. You can enjoy it on the first day and The next day it settles down nicely👍. Both are delicious, but I prefer the balance of Suwa Misan Nishiki. The balance of Suwa Miyamanishiki is my favorite. The next choice is decided😅.

Hi A205X253😃. I have not had either the raw Yamadanishiki or Miyamanishiki so I am learning a lot😊. When I had the Hitogochiki raw, I also felt it was more cohesive and balanced on the second day😃.

On the third day, both the Miyamanishiki and Yamadanishiki had no gas at all, and my preference changed to the Yamadanishiki which had more sweetness and flavor😜.
