Today we opened a bottle of Hirotogawa Special Junmai😄.
I was looking forward to the difference from the Junmai Ginjo the other day.
The entrance is mellow.
The umami and sweetness of the rice spread gradually and left slowly.
There was no spiciness, no bitterness, no special impact, and I thought it was the kind of sake that accompanies the food and complements the main dish. ☺️
In a sense, it plays a supporting role!
It could be a luxury food sake 😆.
The flavor of rice is more mellow than that of junmai ginjo.
It is more refreshing than Junmai Ginjo.
I don't know which one I like better...
Both are delicious😋.

Hello ma-ki-, 😃Thank you for your comment... I learned about Hirotogawa when I read in a book about the sincere personality of the toji/keeper of the brewery and was moved by it. I am sure it tastes great, but more than that, I drink it with my heart 🥰.
