At last, the fifth and final Sono Sangiku of the Cold Chrysanthemum Festival 😀.
Today's Sangiku is a fusakogane 😀.
I think this sake is the best when it comes to the little crumbs that stick to the glass after opening the bottle 😀.
Of course, the sizzling sensation is also the most pleasant, so it was the best sake for me today 😀.
By the way, the wife said that she likes So-no-Mai the best 😀 which was opened yesterday.
What surprised me more was the 99 nigori 😀.
On the first day, the sweetness was hidden by the shuwashu, but on the second day, the shuwashu was gone and I felt it was a little too sweet, but today, the taste is coming together nicely 😅.
Sono Kangiku is a really deep sake 😀.
Now that the comparison of Sono Kangiku has been successfully completed, I'm planning to have a snowball drinking comparison next when the first snow flurries in the Kansai region 😀.

Good morning, Yasbay 😃.
Kangiku festival! I'm sure you enjoyed it 😊The fact that the taste changes after a few days is one of the interesting things about sake😄.
It's fun to think of different ways to compare different kinds of sake 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
Sake really is a mystery... normally you would think it would gradually lose its taste after opening the bottle, but it's hard to say otherwise😅.
The next snowman series is going to be my guess, Sentori!

Yasbay, thanks for completing your post on the Cold Chrysanthemum Festival😊.
It's interesting to see the number of days passed and the differences in tastes between you and your wife👍🎶I think it's good to compare the drinks at the same time there. You drank well 😊👍👍

Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
It was very fun to compare the chrysanthemum drinks 😀.
We are not very good at reporting on our taste, so we can only express how good it tastes no matter what we drink 😅.

Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
I too enjoyed Shiraginkai the best on the 3rd day 😘.
After the drinking comparison of Kangiku, is this a drinking comparison project of Yukidaruma ⛄️?
I see that you drink only good sake 🤣.

Good evening, 3KAN4ON 😀
Thankfully, thanks to the information network of Sake-no-wa, I have managed to get to some interesting sake even though I am in Kansai 😀.
In the meantime, I'm planning on 6 bottles of snowballs 😀.
