Here is the second drink of the Fukuoka Off-line Meeting.
I saw a set of these at a liquor store, but gave up on them after much agonizing!
We started with the pink-capped "Koganezawa style".
Is the aroma a little mature?
It had a good balance of sweetness and bitterness, and was delicious with an honorable taste 😋.
