It was a very short GW, but at the end of the day, we opened a bottle of Shihu's Cotton Candy label, which we had purchased because the wife read Aladdin's and other people's postings and really wanted to drink it 😀.
We compared the cotton candy that had been brought to room temperature for tasting, the cotton candy that had been chilled, and the nigori and hanamup of Nozomu.
I felt the cotton candy and plum wine flavor more strongly at room temperature 🤣.
The plum wine finishes off the meal so it doesn't interfere with the meal 😀.
More and more, I want to keep digging deeper into Shihou 😇

The first sip of the cotton candy 🍶, I was surprised ‼️ it really tasted like cotton candy. But it was not too sweet and turned into sweet and sour like Umeshu (plum wine) so it was very tasty and smooth on the palate😊Thanks Yachan for the great taste!
