bouken
I bought it when I bought a bottle of Librom.
It doesn't say, but it is arabashiri and the rice is hitogokochi.
This is the first time I have tasted Hagi-Nishiki.
It is slightly bubbly and has a trace of sweetness, but it has a strong umami taste. After the mid-palate, it is quite pungent with a complex flavor.
I searched for it and found that it is only available in Shizuoka Prefecture, but I wonder if I am lucky to be able to buy it in Kyoto.
I think I can taste more sourness and sweetness than I did when I first opened it.

Hello bouken 😃
The sub-title, the purchase history, and the mysterious and secretive alcohol ✨I'm kind of intrigued ❗

Good evening Rafa 😊.
It seems to be a small brewery so you may not see it very often 🤔It is true that there are many spicy ones that would go well with seafood 🍣.
I personally recommend Kaiun and Shidaizumi 😃.

Good evening, Ponchan 😃.
I feel a gap between the label and the name Hagi Nishiki 😁.
It's right next to Kyoto station 👍.

bouken Good evening ^ ^
Shizuoka Prefecture's sake, Haginishiki 👍.
And it's only available in the prefecture: ☺️
I went back to the Shizuoka Prefecture sakes I drank and found that I have not yet had it 😱.
I'll try it when I see it ✌️

Good evening to you too, Manta!
I got it before you even though it's only available in Shizuoka 😁.
Despite the image on the label, it tasted very robust 😋.
