Limited Oorigara-mi (limited edition) from the brewery of To Kurai.
I drank this sake in early December, but it will be my last post for this year because I'm going to a year-end party now lol.
The first aroma is slightly cool and sweet.
In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity with a slight sweetness.
The bitter bitterness of nigori gives it a refreshing finish.
It is a little drier than the super-harsh Morai we had before because of the bitter bitterness from the nigori (bitter taste).
It was delicious 🍶✨️
