There was a liquor store in front of the station where I was traveling on business, so I stopped by and
I found a bottle of Tateyama
I put some sake in my bag and went to the customer's office.
The aroma is very mild.
It has a slight lactic acid aroma. It is very gentle on the palate.
The mouthfeel is very gentle. ❤️
It has a gentle umami taste. When swallowed, the lactic acidity that can be slightly felt in the aroma comes out a little, and it finishes cleanly and nicely.
It has a nice sharpness, but it's not dry, it has a gentle sharpness.
It has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
It is delicious 😋.
It goes well with sashimi 🐟, especially tuna 😋.
Tateyama is very good, I will buy it again when I see it again 😆.
The third picture is Premol's Gentle Breeze Ale 🍺 that I've been seeing lately.
It tastes fresh and good looking like me 🥺 delicious 😋.
