You may say, "You haven't had Toyobai for a while. Good evening, Uppion. Tonight, as the end of the year comes to a close and the 300th check-in, I have brought a sake that is appropriate for the occasion! This year, orange back! I bring you Toyobai Rainbow!
It has a sweet apple aroma and a gorgeous rose-like fragrance, but the aroma is not too strong and is a good balance. I like the feeling of not relying on the aroma. When the slightly sweet, soft, smooth brewing water is included, a slightly tart, apple-like fruity sweetness clings to it. The juicy flavor and the saltiness of the bitterness are also really wonderful. The mouth is in a festive state with just a hint of chili! And the slight sharpness is wonderful. How about my favorite Junmai Daiginjo, how about you? I will continue to drink and review sake in the future, so please stay tuned!
