We went to Kicchin Usagi, which is run by a proprietress in her 70s, who I have introduced to you before 🐰.
While quenching our thirst with excellent appetizers and beer, we brought in two bottles that we had planned to open in time for the New Year.

Fresh and lightly citrusy aroma, a carbonation sensation on the palate, a fresh, clear and juicy flavor, citrusy and clean sweetness, a crisp and refreshing rice aroma and lingering aftertaste.
Compared to the one I drank last July, which was aged for half a year, the sweetness is weaker, but the freshness and refreshing citrusy pleasant acidity are wonderful!
Compared to the "Sagabiyori" that I drank a while ago, this one is fresher and of course has a stronger grapefruit flavor 🤔.
［The proprietress of Usagi used to live near the disaster-stricken area of Suzu, and we were glad to hear that she was able to get in touch with some of her acquaintances and that no one was hurt in the disaster!
There was a donation box at the restaurant, so we did what we could to help.
