Got the second lot of nigori at the end of the year!
I got a bottle of nigori!
I want to drink HIRO-CHAN Nigori at least twice!

Opening the bottle was smooth, is this a recent trend?

Round and fresh, the light acidity is also good!

It goes well with Chinese cabbage and pork belly nabe (hot pot) again!
I added some crackers I bought in Hachinohe 😄.

Next Wednesday at midnight, the izakaya 🏮 shinkansen 🚄 will start again.

I bought a bottle of Hirotogawa nigori but haven't had it yet. I drank it for the first time last year and it was so good I decided to repeat it this year 🙂.
