It was about 10 hours ago🔙 since the last time I had a one-person "big order" party.
On Sunday, I couldn't get up before noon for the first time in a while after finishing my work related to the Shinkansen opening, and when I woke up, a parcel arrived. I checked the invoice and found that Mr. Menshuoh had sent me oysters from Atsukishi.
I thought I'd coincide with the opening of the "big order" at night, but the wife had already thought about dinner for that night, so I had to wait until Monday 💦.
We started with freshly fried oysters and Akahoshi (red star) 🍺.
Then we had raw oysters and ajillo with the rest of the "big order", but it was not enough, so we opened this one and had a drink 🍶.
Nagatoro Junmai Ginjo
This was a gift from chiaki-san who visited the prefecture the other day.

It has a clear, fresh flavor with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste.

The sake has a slight sweetness and a cool aroma that passes through the nose as it goes down the throat, followed by a refreshing finish.
I wonder if the coolness is due to the good water 🤔.
Quite delicious 😋.
When paired with raw oysters, the aroma of the sea disappears and it accompanies the deliciousness of the oysters 😆.
