This is the third bottle on its way back to Edo!
As soon as the bottle was opened, it spilled a little.
It seems to be in good spirits since New Year's Day... As you can see in the picture, it's so cloudy that you can't even see the snake's eyes!
The aroma is a light and elegant Delaware 🍇.
It's a bit of a sizzle in the mouth 🫧.
As soon as you feel the spiciness, which is more like a refreshing white wine than sweetness, you will feel the taste of the wine and it will be overturned.
Of course, I also feel a lot of acidity, but it's a little different from the usual Senkou acidity 🤔.
There is almost no aftertaste 👍It is vivid and sharp like a sword ⚔️
This sake has a simple flavor, but it has presence 😘.

What's impressive is that when you smell the empty glass, you usually smell alcohol on your nose, but this sake has a very elegant grape aroma 🥰 Please try this 🥰.
