bouken
Purchased with Kenaiyama at a liquor store in the mountains.
It is said to be the only nigori (nigori-shu) sake from Kangiku.
It didn't spurt at all, which was a bit of a letdown. Fruity aroma. It has a rich sweet flavor. It is very slightly effervescent and sweet, but not only sweet, it also has a slight bitterness. The aroma that passes through the nose is very fruity.
High percentage of mana chrysanthemum mana dust 🤣.

Good evening, bouken-san 😀
I am always impressed by your footwork 😀
Your coverage is very wide, from Sayama to Kobe 😀.
The other day, I visited Sayama for the second time and got the birthplace that you advised me!

Good morning, bouken!
This is the one that is always sold out before I notice it 😆.
And I usually give up while staring at the remaining silver sea 🤣.
I hope to get one next year.

Hello Yasube!
I live in Hyogo, so it's closer than going to Sayama, but I don't have a chance to go there because of the steepness (and cold in winter) 😅.
It's kind of a hardship 💦.

Hi Maru 😃
At the time of my visit, there were about 6 different kinds lined up including white silver sea 😳I was surprised to see star sea and others still for sale 🤔.

bouken, I see you've been buying 😁.
I went to the end of Kyoto the other day to buy some, but I couldn't hold it because I bought too much at another liquor store 😰.
I wish I had bought it 😰 My debut will be next year 🤣.
