This is the first saké I've had since the name was changed from "Kozo no Mori" to "Yuki no Mayu".
I have high expectations!
The aroma after opening the bottle is of grapes such as grape 🍇.
When you pour it into a glass, you can feel the slight bubbles that arrive in the glass 🫧 Once you take a sip, you will feel a refreshing acidity and a sweetness that is not overpowering, and then the rice flavor will come rushing in with a yogurt flavor!
🫧It is sweet, but with the umami of rice, I think it is the type that even those who like dry wine will like.
As you drink it, the lees gradually thickens, and with it, the fruity and yogurt flavors become stronger! I don't have a picture, but it was pretty pure white👍

I would recommend this sake to those who are new to sake and don't like the smell of alcohol, and also to those who like dry sake 😘.

Finally got the "ts" 😁.
Another hour to go and my son was born around 9:00am.
Seems like only yesterday 😘.
