Urasui for short: ❣️
Suitama is a sake that aims to be dry 😆.
Originally, Suitama has a more refreshing taste than Hanayuup, but this sake is brewed to be even drier 🍶.
The aroma is as gorgeous as Omote Suidama, with a mellow aroma like apple🍎❣️
The taste is a little sweet on the tongue, followed by a dry umami taste 😋.
I wonder if this is what Urasi calls dry 🤔.
It goes down the throat nicely and disappears smoothly with a short aftertaste 🎶, just like usual Suidama 🎶.
As the label on the back says, it is truly a mellow dry sake 😁👍
The other day I had a Nenrinke baumkuchen for the first time in a very long time 😋!
It's still delicious💕!
And it goes well with Urasui👍
