Celebrating Echizen-Misaki "Tanabe Sake Brewery/Fukui Prefecture" ‼️
Last week, Tanabe Brewery from Echizen-misaki came to our town 😆 It's so exciting to have a brewery from Fukui prefecture come to Doto 😂 Fukui 😲 The day before the meeting was held in Kushiro city, and the next day they came to our town!
Last year we were so impressed with Kamishin Brewery's visit, and this time too 🎵It's so nice to see a sake brewery that cares about the countryside ✨.
Thanks to the efforts of Tanabe Sake Brewery (pictured right), Sagashiro Shoten (pictured center), and Betsukai's sake BOS (the guy standing on the left), we were able to have a great time! We are truly grateful 😌.
First of all, the rare Kuzuryu rice ❗Opening act is the best 👍Moderate sweetness and good umami ❗Beautiful but somewhat rugged 🎵The toji said that it is difficult to polish Kuzuryu rice 🤔I wonder if it is a characteristic of Kuzuryu rice! We are off to a great start 😊.
