The second sake from Nagano is Yamazan's Kinmon-nishiki 😀.
There was no Yamazan distributor in Kansai until the beginning of this year, so I couldn't get it at all 😅.
Finally, a distributor was opened in Kyoto and northern Osaka this year, but it's out of my area so it's hard to get it 😅.
I went to Ueda for sake activities, but the brewery does not sell directly, so I bought it at Miyajima-san in Ueda 😀.
This Yamazan-san was also a very tasty sake, fruity, not too heavy and beautiful 😀.
I guess Nagano sake made with Nagano rice makes a delicious sake 😀.
It would be great if there was a distributor in a place where it is easier to get it 🤣.

Good evening, Yasbay 😃.
We happened to be at the same time in the mountains🍶😁.
Fruity, not too heavy and beautiful ❗️ I know 😋.
Sake from Shinshu is very transparent👍

Good evening, Yasubeyesan🌛I see you were able to procure it locally from Yamasan-san 😳I envy you✨️ I can get to the store in Kyoto that carries it if I try hard enough, but I think I'll ask Jikkun for some ☺️ It has a strong flavor and is not too heavy...I am curious 🤤.

Yasubeyesan 🍉Oh, I was toasting with you at Yamasan last night! We had a toast together last night at Yamasan. ❤️ It's delicious... ‼️ I'd like to try all of them since there are so many different types of sake from different rice 😊I'm impressed that Yamasan's individual sake is so unified even though there are so many different tastes from different types of rice 💓

Hi Yasbay 🐦!
I'm sure the sake you bought locally tastes great! I'd like to try the Kinmonnishiki 😊.
I'd love to try some of this Kinmonniki 😊 There are a lot of sakes from Shinshu that you can't buy even if you go to the brewery 💦.

Good evening, shinsaku3 😀
It's kind of nice to be away from people you know and yet happen to drink the same sake 😀.
I would be happy if Yamazan was more readily available 🤣.

Good evening, Nao888!
If you are biking to Kadoya-san, I think you can get Yamasan if you go a little harder to Soji-ji Temple😇.
I'm sure you would love it since you and I have similar tastes 😀.

Good evening, Bekho 😀
It was a pleasure to toast with you 😇
The rice used for sake in Shinshu is quite unique and tasty in its own way, and the way the brewery has made it taste like a brewery while bringing out the different flavors is masterful 😀.

Good evening, Pon-chan 😀
I think I would have been more attached to the sake if I had purchased it from the brewery... but still, I am thankful that there is a local sake shop like Miyajima who is said to deal only in sake from Shinshu 😇.
