The mouthfeel is slightly thickened, with a cider-like sweetness, apple sourness, and a strong umami flavor.
The bitterness that is typical of Hwaso flows down the throat from the back of the upper jaw along with the wave of sweetness 😋.
It is as good as ever. ❗️
However, compared to the zodiac label, it does not have the freshness, so the bitterness of Hwaso is felt more strongly, which I like, but I wonder if there are different tastes.
