Nara Pref. Gosho City. Aburacho Brewery Co.
Takacho Bodimotos Junmai
Purchased at the Bodaihashi Festival at Shoreki-ji Temple.
Aburanaga Sake Brewery is a popular brewer in Kaze no Mori.
The amazake we drank at the festival was sweet and tasty because it was made with sake lees from the Aburanaga Sake Brewery this time 😋.
Sake made with Bodhi Hashiroshi from Shorekiji Temple has a sticker on it.
We will have it at room temperature.
Pour it into a glass and you will be surprised at the bright yellow color.
The yellow color of an energy drink 😆.
The heady aroma is distinctive, but I wonder if it's pineapple or apple 🤔.
The ripe aroma continues, but is it sherry? Shaoxing wine? It also smells like sherry or Shaoxing wine.
The palate is dense sweetness and acidity.
It is extremely rich, full-bodied, and sweet.
The ripe aroma coming out from the nose enhances the richness of the wine.
While the sweetness continues, the soft acidity makes the taste finish.
Addictive acidity that those who like it will get addicted to 🤣.
Dessert wine? Guijinshu? Shaoxing wine?
What a strange taste.
I heard at the liquor store that the Alpha series of Kaze no Mori is changing to Bodai yeast yeast production 🤔.
Ingredients:Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)

Hi Nemuchi 😃
It's a pity that Takacho is only available outside of Nara, but it's delicious with the unique sourness of Bodai yeast! Kaze no Mori is planning to make all of their Bodo sake by the end of 2024 to celebrate their 25th anniversary!

Good morning Nemuchi 😃
Is it Shoreki-ji's Bodai-Hashigashi-zukuri 😆 I can feel the tradition in this sake 😊The latest sake is delicious, but I would like to drink some traditional authentic sake 😋.

Hi Nemuchi, ❄️
I'd like to visit this place, but it's a bit difficult to get there 💦but after reading your review, I'm more and more interested 😄👍I tasted the Alpha 8, which was made with Bodhi yeast, but the roasting impact was so strong that I couldn't understand a single thing 😅.

Hi Aladdin, ☀☀☀☀ Kaze no Mori is very common in Japan, but you don't see many Takacho in Kansai 😅😅Will Kaze no Mori become all Bodai yeast 😲It's still good enough, but the tradition from Muromachi might become major 👍.

Hi Menzhuoh, I hope you are interested in Bodhidashi sake as well. I have two more bottles of Bodhi Hashiroshi sake that I bought at Shoreki-ji other than Shoreki-ji, so I'll be drinking them and reviewing them soon👍.

Hi Pon, ☀Hello ☀I recommend Bodhi Hashimoto Festival at Shorekiji ❗ Usually you can only take a cab from the station, but there is a bus only during the festival 🤣I'm planning to drink this season's Alpha 8, which is 100% brown rice and made with Bodhi Hashimoto 😆.
