The moment I opened it, it smelled so good that I loved it.
When I drink it, it is sweet, bitter and thick.
It's delicious!
I was told it has a sour taste.
I didn't understand it at first. LOL.
But gradually, I started to understand it.
I'm still learning how to make it.
I still need more training 🤣 lol
It was a different sake rice from the one I drank before.
I was surprised to see how different it was from the Hanayuup I drank before.
I learned a lot. LOL!
I had only had a cup of sake in Shizuoka
I had never had it before.
I'm glad to be able to enjoy 4 cups of this (-ᴗ-♡♡)
I'll enjoy it slowly and carefully.
